It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Staff were pleasant & breakfast was very good! Enjoyed osborne's cafe and grill, it was short walk from the venue and offered nice treats. Moreover, bonus was free Wi Fi.

The staff was helpful and the bed was comfy. The decoration is lovely. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

wonderful local attractions like north shore beach were close to the hotel. train station llandudno was less than 20 minutes walk away.

Staff was friendly people. The location was magnificent, with Pier Grill nearby, where we could eat.
